When someone else is talking I am thinking about what I am going to say next.
I forget a new person’s name almost as soon as I hear it.
When I am outside I tend to be aware of sounds, smells, or feel of the sun or wind on my skin.
I find it difficult to control my emotions.
I am unaware of what I am feeling when other people are talking to me.
I am clumsy or break and spill things because I am thinking about something else.
I get caught up in thoughts about the past or the future.
I keep myself busy to avoid thoughts or feelings.
