If you’ve never participated in online therapy, you may have some questions about how it works. Below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions:
Yes! 30 years of research has found counselling services online to be as effective as face-to-face sessions for most issues.
Will I be able to relate to the therapist as I would in a face-to-face session?
Yes! We use a conferencing platform called Zoom which encrypts the video between users. Your session is 100% confidential, safe and secure.
You only need a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or Smartphone, and good internet / WiFi connection. Note: for couple sessions a Smartphone is not quite big enough.
If your device enables you to watch YouTube videos you will be able to engage in online counselling.
Yes! It is just as successful as a face-to-face meeting.

- With couples Kerry will speak to each of you briefly before the session.
- You will receive a confirmation email and paperwork to complete and return before for the first session.
- Then a second email with the meeting link to join Kerry in her secure meeting room.
