How to Take Charge Of Your Life After Divorce

“Never fear shadows. They simply mean there’s a light shining somewhere nearby”. ~ Ruth E. Renkel

I was really inspired sometime ago by Cloris Kylie Stock's excellent article on coping with divorce. She will inspire you with her own story and the positive impact it had on her life.

Nearly a third of all marriages in Australia end in divorce and for some it
will be the single most stressful life event they will every experience.

We tend to view change as either positive or negative, overwhelming or a speed bump. Yet change / loss can also be an opportunity to learn and gain clarity about your purpose in life.

Chloris reminds her readers that human existence is a continuous stream of changes, and it is normal to experience a range of emotions, including, confusion, disorientation, and anger.

Even though the pain may seem to last forever and we might not see any options for days, weeks, months, or even years, we can choose to keep moving. Then clarity gradually emerges and begins to make sense of it all.

Chloris’s article inspires confidence in her readers that they too can navigate this painful journey of change, and gain clarity, purpose, confidence and control over their future.

I highly recommend her article and book for anyone experiencing divorce or relationship breakdown:
